Email tecentmoon.feedback@gmail.com. Include your device type, operating system, app version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens, customer personal data or unredacted financial screenshots.

Connect Google AdMob

  1. Open App Scope Settings and choose the Google AdMob connection.
  2. Use Google's sign-in page to choose an account you are authorized to manage and review the requested permissions.
  3. After returning to the app, choose your publisher and available reporting period. Access depends on your AdMob account permissions.

Connect Google Play financial reports

  1. Use a Google account with global financial-data access in the relevant Play Console developer account.
  2. In App Scope, open Google Play connection and report settings and start the read-only authorization.
  3. Review Google's Cloud Storage read-only permission. App Scope needs it because Play financial reports are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket.
  4. Optionally enter a Cloud project ID or number and search for matching bucket names. The account needs permission to list buckets in that project, and the Play bucket might not appear there. Select the correct bucket if found.
  5. Otherwise, in Play Console open Download reports → Financial, copy your Cloud Storage report URI and save it in App Scope; do not send it to support.
  6. Select a month and report type. Reports that Google has not generated are shown as unavailable, rather than as zero revenue.

If Google displays an unverified-app warning, stop and contact support. A workaround through the unsafe-link option is not the supported customer authorization process. Access is ready for customers only after the relevant Google verification and end-to-end authorization checks have passed.

Remove a connection or revoke access

Remove the Google connection in App Scope Settings to remove its saved OAuth state and request removal of its local AdMob and Play report caches on that device. To revoke Google's authorization, open Google Account connections and remove App Scope's access. These are separate actions. Neither deletes financial reports from Google, and other devices may have separate local connections.

Connect Apple

Use your own App Store Connect API key with the permissions needed for the selected reports and review actions. Enter the identifiers and import the private key in Settings. Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.

Reports and membership

Reports can be delayed or revised. Currency conversion is an estimate. Sales and earnings do not establish a bank payout. Apple manages membership payments, subscriptions and refunds. Use Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases for an existing App Store purchase. You can explore fictional sample data without a connected account.
