What App Scope does
Google AdMob
Authorize Google to discover your publishers and apps, then view estimated advertising revenue and reporting metrics.
Google Play reports
Authorize read-only access and provide your Play financial report bucket. View monthly sales, refunds and earnings in their original currencies.
Why Google authorization is needed
Your Google account identifier and email distinguish your connections. AdMob permissions enable account, app and advertising-report reads. The optional Play reports connection uses Cloud Storage read-only permission to download the reports that Google Play stores in your private financial report bucket.
Google describes this permission as access to Cloud Storage data. App Scope limits its report reader to the Play report bucket you configure and its sales and earnings paths. It does not write or delete your Google data. You must already have the relevant Play Console financial permissions.
Authorization takes place on Google's own sign-in page, opened by the native app. This website never asks for your Google password, API private key or authorization token.
Data stays under your control
Google tokens are stored in the system Keychain on the current device. Report requests go directly to Google; parsed reports are cached locally. App Scope does not run a separate server to collect your financial reports, sell Google user data, use it for advertising or send it to AI providers.
Connection metadata and preferences may sync through your own iCloud account. Each device separately authorizes Google. Read the complete privacy policy for storage, removal, source-platform records and other services.
Reporting, not a bank statement
AdMob estimated revenue, Google Play estimated sales, monthly earnings and actual payouts have different meanings. App Scope keeps sales and earnings separate and does not automatically read Google Payments payout history.
Try before connecting
The in-app sample dashboard uses fictional data without connecting an account. Basic summaries are free; advanced features use an annual subscription or lifetime purchase processed by Apple. Prices and trial eligibility are shown in the app. AI reply generation is paused in this version.
